Fabulous (and Funny) Comparisons to Male/Female Book Covers

Jim Hines did a fantastic post in which he attempted to pose in the same fashion as the women on genre book covers do-- with some pretty awesome results.

Here's a sample.

But what really elevates the awesomeness of this is Genrereview's own take on the same thing-- only she adds some male poses to the mix.

Here's a sample.

To see more go HERE.

Not only are the poses funny, but they really illustrate the weirdness with which women are depicted on the covers of popular fiction.

Enjoy!

These are excellent! This could make for a pretty cool blogfest - "Pose as the cover of your favourite book"

I'm a regular visitor to Jim's LJ and this was very funny. It doesn't top his great song parodies, though.
