"Green Hornet" Trailer

Seth Rogen? Really? Make it stop! This trailer literally hurts my feelings...

Wow. Looks hilarious, awesome, and fun. Mindless perhaps, but I think it'll be a good show nonetheless.

This actually does seem like fun and did Seth slim down a bit?

Gaaaah! I feel like this is meant for adolescent boys who know nothing about the "Green Hornet." I don't like Seth Rogen. He has a way about him that grates on me. We have Robert Downey in "Iron Man," Christian Bale in "Batman" and now Seth Rogen? I hate this!

Okay. Rant over.

Looks like the a-typical thing they've been doing with superhero films lately. I think I'll file this one away with Jonah Hex. While I do love Seth Rogen it's because of his comedy, and this film didn't seem to have good comedy. It looks like it's all cheap laughs and what not, nothing too witty. Thanks for the heads up!

BStearns-- What bugs me is that this seems terribly dumbed down. Oh look, another male lead who's a bumbling goofball! We've never seen that before! What happened to real men in popular entertainment? (I feel a post coming on) I'm sick to death of these boy-men who can't put their pants on without someone there to tell them how to do it. Am I the only one who thinks feminist-oriented entertainment has taken the testosterone out of our men? I'll take James Bond over these idiots any day.

Ya, I agree completely with you there. We have had a huge shift in the way men are portrayed. And now that you mention it, it does seem that in most films the female leads are the strong, smart, competent ones, where most of the men are, as you put it, bumbling idiots. And yes, some badass James Bond or Christopher Chance would be nice.

P.S.: If you haven't check out Human Target, based on the comics/graphic novels, absolutely fantastic.

wow. I have never been so unexcited about what could be described as a superhero movie. I don't want his stupid comedy genre combined with a superhero movie! We can only hope that we don't have to see Seth Rogen in tights.

Oh that was really bad. It might, might be OK if they didn't have Roegen in it. What a ruin to what was a decent story back in the day.

Emma & Charles-- I think I've got a big rant brewing on this. I couldn't get to it today, but I've got a lot of ideas floating around in my head that'll have to be put in print soon-- my need to say it demands it.

Freakin' Seth Rogan. That casting is just insulting. Hmph.

This is a really bad trailer. The worst thing is usually movie trailers show the best part...
