I am on a review schedule right now and what that means for me is that I'm tight on time and unable to spend time writing posts for the blog. What that means for you is a giveaway!
Penguin Books has sent me another highly anticipated release in Corambis, the conclusion to Sarah Monette's highly original fantasy series.
Product Description
The spellbinding conclusion to the brilliant fantasy series by the author of The Mirador and Mélusine.
Exiled from Mélusine for the crime of heresy, the once powerful Cabaline wizard Felix Harrowgate and his half-brother Mildmay, former cat-burglar and assassin, journey to Corambis to face judgment from a ruling body of wizards. Corambis, however, is a land plagued by civil strife. Kay Brightmore, the Margrave of Rothmarlin, is part of an insurrection to restore the monarchy in the southern half of the country. In desperation, Kay and his rebels seek out the engine of Summerdown, an ancient magical device rumored to have terrible powers. Once the engine is awakened, only a powerful wizard can stop its awesome potential for destruction. Felix and Mildmay arrive just in time for their greatest challenge—and ultimate destiny…
Either leave a comment here or email me at sqt1969(at)gmail(dot)com under the header "Corambis" to enter. I will randomly pick a winner by Thursday April 9th. Make sure I can reach you easily. If I cannot reach a winner within 48 hours I will pass the book onto another entrant. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Open everywhere.
Good luck!

Hi! My friend told me about your page, and I´m loving it (sorry, had to say that...MacDonald´s moment, yeah). I love fantasy and read some scifi also.

*raises hand*
I bought this today so there's no need to enter me anymore. For some reason, I thought the contest was closing on April 2. I never would have signed up if I realized the contest closed after the book was released - it's just not one I can wait for, especially after seeing my local bookstore only carried one copy. ;)
