I'm Going to **&^%$ Kill Blogger!

These are the moments when I want to throw my computer through the window. I just spent the last hour or so writing a new post and blogger said an error occurred when I went to post it and deleted the whole thing. *&^%$# Blogger! The short version is that there are going to be two new shows premiering later this year: The New Bionic Woman and The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I had a whole post about it, commentary and everything. But right now I am too traumatized to rewrite the whole thing. *sigh*

I feel your pain, SQT. :-) I've had similar happen to me in the past. Now, unless, it's a super-short post, I do everything in Word or Notepad and then copy/paste when done.

A tad longer sometimes but fewer headaches.

Yep, I'm like Scotty.. I have a duplicate journal in aol and a "private one".. I write my posts in the private one where I can save as many times as I want and go away and come back to it etc.. then copy and paste to blogger.

hmmm, was it mentioned who will play Sarah Connor? HOnestly, just the titles don't compel me to look forward to them... sigh

I feel your pain. The same thing happened to me recently. Well, almost -- I most definitely was not blogging about Sarah Connor.

I will resolve to write my blogs to my journal before I copy to post.

That's happened to me before.. Taught me to type up my posts in Word first. Plus, it'll spellcheck for me.

I too have had Blogger crap out on me in the middle of a post. I also had a laptop die on me a couple times (A cheap, older one that I got from work. Nothing fancy about that one).

I used to watch 6 Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman all the time. I'm insterested and I hope that they come up with a good show that succeeds.

They've got work to do, though. Anyone remember Jake 2.0?

scotty and deslily have a good point... and I actually did that a couple times... but I don't anymore.

Now my contention is that Blogger only eats my really good posts -- leaving me free to claim how much better my blog would be but for those occasional technical difficulties.

Delusions are sometimes all we have....

Isn't it the chick from 300 playing Sarah Connor?

I think it is the girl from 300 who has been cast in The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

But I am looking forward to the Bionic Woman a little bit more becacuse David Eick, the Executive Producer of BSG is in charge of the project. He say's it will be a "major departure" from the original. I hope that means it's going to be a bit dark like BGS, but that's just me. He also mentioned nanotechnology as being used in the show. Interesting stuff.

I haven't been thinking of leaving blogger. But if this kind of think keeps happening, I may start looking elsewhere. It's hard to complain when something is free. I used to copy all my posts onto Word so I wouldn't lose them, but I've gotten lazy. I guess Blogger is teaching me a lesson.

That's what they call 'being bloggered'. I haven't been able to post any images for weeks. It just won't work.

I was wondering if I was the only one who had trouble with blogger, because your blog always has good posts and I have to move heaven and earth to get a silly message posted. It's frustrating at times. But changing blogger means starting all over again ... (sigh)

I've been hearing this lament a lot over the last few days. It has skeered me into saving saving saving very often.

Oh, and there was that virginal sacrifice complete with chanting. Gee, hope that works.
